You will be part of a collaborative cross‑functional team tasked with delivering enterprise‑grade websites focused on clean code, responsive user interfaces, scalability, and modern web architecture. Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) like WordPress, Azure Web Services, or modern deployment practices is a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy responsive and accessible websites.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and QA teams to implement user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) designs, along with feature requirements.
• Write modular, scalable, and well‑documented code using modern development practices.
• Optimize web applications for speed, scalability, and SEO performance.
• Develop and integrate APIs, web services, and third‑party tools as needed.
• Work with CMS platforms (such as WordPress or custom CMSs) to create templates and dynamic content.
• Maintain version control using Git and participate in code reviews and CI/CD workflows.
• Debug and resolve website issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and frameworks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional experience in website development.
• Experience with at least one server‑side language: PHP, Node.js, or Python.
• Hands‑on experience with web servers like Apache or Nginx.
• Proficiency in working with databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Familiarity with WordPress/WP Engine or other CMS platforms.
• Exposure to hosting environments like Azure App Services for Node.js or PHP.
• Knowledge of Git, version control best practices, and basic CI/CD workflows.
• Ability to work in Agile/Scrum teams and participate in sprint planning, reviews, and stand‑ups.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker.
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Knowledge of SEO and performance optimization techniques (e.g., Lighthouse audits).
• Familiarity with security best practices (e.g., OWASP Top 10).
