Application Developer

We are looking for an Android app developer with specific experience relating to BLE communications with custom hardware. A big bonus would be BLE channel sounding experience and familiarity with Bluetooth Core specification 6.X.

General BLE app experience:

• Android BLE APIs (GATT client/server)
• BLE scanning, advertising, and connections
• Connection parameter management
• MTU negotiation
• PHY selection (1M, 2M, coded PHY)
• Background BLE operation
• Android permissions and Bluetooth security changes across Android versions
• Low-latency data acquisition

Bonus: BLE Channel Sounding experience:

• Bluetooth Core Specification 6.X features
• Bluetooth Channel Sounding procedures xhfqzwm
• Ranging and distance estimation
• RTT (Round Trip Time)
• Phase-based ranging
• IQ data concepts
• Multipath effects
• RF measurement limitations
