Required Skills
- Strong experience with .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET
- Hands-on expertise in Ruby on Rails
- Experience developing Microservices and REST APIs
- Strong SQL skills with PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MySQL
- Experience with Azure and/or AWS Cloud
- Knowledge of DevOps practices including CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes
- Experience with BDD/TDD methodologies using RSpec, NUnit, or similar frameworks
- Expertise in design patterns, refactoring, and unit testing
- Strong Linux/Open Source environment experience
- Agile/Scrum development experience
- Security knowledge including OAuth2, IAM, CIAM
- Ability to independently manage small projects and contribute to large-scale initiatives
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET Core, C#, and Ruby on Rails
- Build and support scalable Microservices and API-based architectures
- Apply BDD/TDD best practices throughout the development lifecycle
- Deploy and support applications in production environments
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in live environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Participate in code reviews, refactoring, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Implement cloud-native solutions using Azure/AWS
- Ensure application security and compliance using modern authentication and authorization standards
Preferred Qualifications
- Financial Services domain experience
- Mortgage and Mortgage-Backed Securities (MBS) experience
- Open Source/LAMP stack experience (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP)
