Basic awareness of AI tools and be open to using AI for productivity, scripting, troubleshooting, documentation, and automation as per project needs.
Qualifications
Primary : Demonstrated experience in creating and implementing Shell Scripting or Python Scripting in DevOps Projects & Automation.
Secondary : Knowledge of Linux , Build and Release Management Processes. Limited experience in this is also fine but conceptually they should know.

Exposure to Jenkins and Git is another advantage and preferred.
Ability to troubleshoot issues with guidance and apply basic debugging skills.
Flexible, fast learner, and comfortable adapting to process changes.
