Responsibilities
- Convert strategic business requirements and user stories into robust, fully responsive software applications.
- Engineer clean, well‑architected, and easily maintainable code across all digital properties.
- Spearhead comprehensive testing phases—including unit, integration, and user validation—to guarantee glitch‑free deployments.
- Monitor application performance, isolating and resolving software bugs or latency bottlenecks.
- Iterate on existing products to introduce modern features and ensure alignment with shifting market expectations.
- Partner closely with creative design teams and project leads to deliver an intuitive end‑user journey.
- Maintain comprehensive technical design documentation, architecture blueprints, and code repositories.
- Oversee routine security audits to protect data integrity and remain compliant with modern digital security standards.
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of professional software engineering experience, with a dedicated focus of at least 2 years in web or mobile application development.
- High proficiency in core programming languages, specifically TypeScript, React.js, Vue.js, or Java along with knowledge in MySQL / PostgreSQL.
- Proven background creating and integrating RESTful APIs across web interfaces and mobile environments (iOS and Android).
- A sharp, analytical mind with strong debugging and technical troubleshooting capabilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills paired with fluent English and Cantonese communication to bridge technical tasks with non‑technical business partners.
