Responsibilities

THESE TASKS AWAIT YOU

• Development and enhancement of modern software and application solutions for our production and logistics processes
• Analysis of existing IT and business processes, as well as the development of technical solution concepts
• Collaboration on digitalization projects and independent implementation of development packages
• Further development of existing applications and interfaces, as well as implementation of new business and technical requirements
• Planning and implementation of software releases and change management
• Analysis and resolution of complex errors through targeted software adjustments
• Conducting software tests and ensuring the quality of the developed solutions
• Close collaboration with internal departments, the development team, and external service providers

Job Requirements

THESE SKILLS WILL HELP YOU STAND OUT

• Completed vocational training or a degree in the IT field, e.g., IT Specialist (m/f/d) in Application Development, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
• Initial to several years of experience in software development, ideally in an industrial setting
• Interest in working with company-specific systems (e.g., PCS, VOS, FLS, LVS)—comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided internally
• Knowledge of modern programming languages such as C#, Java, or SQL is desirable
• Experience working with databases, interfaces (REST, SOAP), and ERP-related systems is a plus
• Very good German language skills (at least C1 level according to the CEFR) are required
• Strong analytical thinking skills and a passion for structured, solution-oriented work
• Team-oriented personality with the ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and communicate them clearly
• High level of personal responsibility and motivation to familiarize yourself with complex technical issues and find sustainable solutions
