Reporting to the Team Head, the incumbent will oversee quality management activities within a large-scale technology platform project. This role is responsible for ensuring robust quality governance, effective vendor oversight, and continuous improvement of project processes and deliverables.
Responsibilities
Perform system analysis and design (SA&D), system implementation and integration across the full System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Conduct various types of system testing, installation, infrastructure setup and technical support for projects and systems (e.g. FDAP, CAPFIS).
Provide ongoing maintenance and support for HKPF systems (e.g. CAPFIS, FPLS, FDAP).
Manage and coordinate with contractors and related stakeholders to support new initiatives and existing systems.
Provide on-call support to handle urgent system and application incidents.
Carry out any other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
Essential Technical Skills
At least 12 months’ experience in IT Application Development and Management (ADM) .
At least 12 months’ experience in J2EE Development (JDE) .
At least 12 months’ experience in Linux System Administration (LIN) .
At least 12 months’ experience in System Implementation and Maintenance/Support (SIM) .
At least 36 months’ experience in Structured Query Language (SQL) .
Essential Non-Technical Skills
At least 12 months’ experience working with/in the Government (GOV) .
At least 12 months’ experience in Management and Support of Government Systems & Services (GSS) .
Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)
Experience in Project Management (PRM) .
Experience in IT Procurement (PRO) .
Experience in Vendor Management (VMG) .
Other Requirements
Willing to provide on-call support.
Able to coordinate with contractors and stakeholders.
Subject to security checking clearance.
