Location: Hiranandani Garden, Powai, Mumbai

Integrate with third-party systems (e.g., Genesys, Cognigy, CRM tools)

Collaborate with the business analyst and DevOps to deploy and test features

Ensure secure and scalable code practices using GitLab

Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and stand-ups using Kanban practices

4+ years backend development experience

Strong skills in Java, JavaScript, and RESTful API development

Experience working in AWS-based environments preferred

Experience with GitLab and Jira for version control and issue tracking

Exposure to voice platforms or chatbot frameworks a plus

Experience/ practice with genAI technologies
