About the role
We are seeking an IT Specialist to support and maintain a range of enterprise applications used by internal business functions, our client is a well-established financial institution. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration, support, and enhancement of collaboration platforms and business applications, while working closely with both internal stakeholders and external technology vendors.
Key responsibilities
Administer and maintain enterprise collaboration platforms, including Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint.
Monitor application performance and ensure platform availability.
Act as an application owner/coordinator for assigned platforms.
Work closely with business users to improve platform adoption and effectiveness.
Liaise with external vendors and internal technology teams on issue resolution and system enhancements.
Support deployment, configuration, and maintenance of web-based applications.
Assist with installation, upgrades, patching, and system troubleshooting.
Perform basic Linux administration tasks, including service restarts, command-line operations, and log analysis.
Support production incidents and participate in system maintenance activities.
About you
2-4 years of experience in application support, system administration, or IT operations.
Hands-on experience supporting Jira and/or Confluence.
Linux command and K8S/ Kubernetes knowledge is a must.
Exposure to web-based applications and enterprise systems.
Cantonese is preferred.
