Senior Application DevOps Engineer Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Application DevOps Engineer to manage, support, automate, and enhance enterprise applications, including ServiceNow (SNOW), BMC Helix, BeyondTrust, and Agile PLM . The ideal candidate should have strong experience in application administration, DevOps, automation, integrations, and Java-based development, working closely with Infrastructure, Security, R&D, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support ServiceNow, BMC Helix, BeyondTrust, and Agile PLM platforms.
• Perform application installation, configuration, upgrades, patching, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Develop automation scripts, CI/CD pipelines, and application enhancements.
• Build and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs with enterprise systems.
• Develop and customize applications using Java and scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, or Shell.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, R&D, and Product Engineering teams.
• Manage vendor relationships, application support contracts, licensing, and SLAs.
• Ensure application availability, security, performance, and compliance.
