Responsibilities
- Responsible to develop standard product or customized software solutions on Advantest equipment to Advantest WW customers
- Design and develop value added engineering solutions to improve ATE application engineers’ and customer testing engineers’ working efficiency, productivity and quality
- Analyze customer requirement, breakdown tasks, and take charge of the overall development progress of the project
- Analyze the bottleneck of the solution, solve all kinds of problems, and tune the performance of the solution, responsible for software solution system upgrading
- Design solution framework and core code and establish documentation, guide the development, solve the technical problems and control the quality of the solution
- Collaborate closely with SAE engineers and understand customer needs, research and develop new products and new functions with innovative thinking
- Communicate with customers to ensure high-quality service delivery that meets requirements.
- Lead project team to comply with SW development quality standards to ensure the delivery of high-quality, high-performance, and highly reliable code according to schedule, meeting relevant software quality standards such as ISO 9001.
- Explore the application of AI technologies (such as M365/GitHub Copilot, AI knowledge bases, and intelligent agents) in semiconductor testing to enhance development efficiency and product intelligence.
- Summarize and share knowledge and experience with the team
- Take on assignments that contribute to departmental initiatives (knowledge sharing, etc.)
QualificationsQualifications
Must:
- MS Computer Science, Electronics Engineering or related professions with at least 5 years working experience in software development
- OR BS Computer Science, Electronics Engineering or related professions with at least 8 years working experience in software development
- Proficient in design patterns and object-oriented design; Strong programming skills in Java，C++, Python or QT languages; Familiar with software development process, system structure and large database development; develop the core algorithm independently
- Familiar with Linux platform software development
- Good communication skills, project management skills, rigorous thinking, clear logic, courage to innovate and willing to accept challenges
- Fast learner, good teamwork, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills in English, including spoken, listening, and writing
- Flexibility to take domestic and overseas business trip
Desired:
- Experience with semiconductor test systems and ATE industry
- AI-related project experience (e.g., RAG, MCP, Agent, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills to work with cross-functional teams
