Key Responsibilities:
• Address client issues via Helpspot with precision
• Track and monitor production environments proactively
• Construct data integrations between travel systems
• Transition legacy .NET applications to modern frameworks
• Lead incident reviews for continuous improvement
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience with .NET and C#
• Proficient in SQL Server for troubleshooting
• Experience in systems or application support roles
• Knowledge of Azure Data Factory and related technologies
• Ability to analyze and fix unfamiliar codes effectively
