Application Support (Java)
Provide deskside support to users
Perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions
Ensure Hardware/ Software runs smoothly during daily operation
Package, test and execute software & patch deployment to Windows7/10 workstations by using SCCM
Preparing weekly and monthly reports after deployment cycles
Troubleshooting the software package, SCCM client and server components issues
Manual software & patch installation to Windows 7/10 workstations if necessary
Higher diploma or above in Information Technology
Minimum 3 years of related working experience
Hands-on experience with Windows 7/10 environments
Strong SCCM Skill for Patch Deployment Service Uses is an advantage
Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
Good English and Chinese communication skills (both written and spoken)
