Summary :
Key Responsabilities :
- Conduct basic hardware and software product demonstrations showcasing technical features and processes to prospective and existing customers
- Prepare operating instructions and conducts training programs to meet customers’ needs
- Maintain positive customer relationships through effective interaction
- Prepare detailed technical specifications for quotations
- Provide technical support to our customers both on site and by phone.
- Take a challenging issue from problem statement through to resolution and follow-up
- Collaborate with engineering and marketing groups on product development projects
- Create training programs and tools to meet customer needs.

Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., mechanical engineering, electronics, or computer science
- Solid knowledge of 3D CAD.
- Understanding of: Tolerances and geometric dimensions (GD&T); ISO 10360, ASME B89, and VDI 2617 standards; Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA, GR&R).
- Experience in operation and programming of dimensional metrology equipment, VB programming preferred.
- Advanced computer skills, configuration, and maintenance
- Must exhibit independence and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues with mínimal assistance
- Must be able to travel extensively
- Fluent Advanced English
