Job Description:
DXC Technology Italy is looking for a Applications Program Manager Public Sector to join Applications Service DXC Team.
Application Services cover four areas: Applications Development; Applications Modernization and Transformation; Testing and Digital Assurance and Applications Management.
Responsibilities:
- Finds customer needs, translates them in requirements, supports upselling/business development.
- Manages existing contracts ensuring budget, timeline and resource allocation are met.
- Delivers business value to customers using Project Management and Functional/Technical skills.
- Maintains program documentation and prepares regular status reports.
- Leads the technical team or contributes to delivery activities by identifying and addressing potential risks that may impact program delivery.
- Drives business development and upselling in Analytics with strong focus in Public Sector Industry.
Basic Qualifications:
- Vast experience on Program/Service related to applications solutions (public sector preferred).
- Excellent relational and analytical skills; Proactivity and ability to work in teams.
- Focus on the goals; Attention to details and constant attention to quality.
- Italian mother tongue.
Other Qualifications:
- Relevant certifications, such as PMP (Project Management Professional), PgMP (Program Management Professional), Agile e ITIL, are a plus.
Location:
Rome with smart working possibility.
Offer Package
The position offers a gross annual base salary starting from €56,000.
Compensation is determined in line with the applicable collective labor agreement (CBA: Contratto Collettivo Nazionale di Lavoro per l’industria metalmeccanica e della installazione di impianti) and based on objective and gender neutral criteria, including responsibility, experience and skills.
