Legga la descrizione completa qui sotto per scoprirlo e non esiti a candidarsi.BV TECH Group is an Italian leader in the ICT and Cybersecurity sectors, with over 1,500 professionals and offices in Italy and abroad.We develop technologies and solutions for both civilian and military fields, contributing to innovation and the country's digital security.Our goal?To develop national technologies and skills — in both civilian and military domains — and contribute to the country's digital growth.We are looking for an Applied AI / Solutions Engineer to design and deploy enterprise AI solutions based on Generative AI, RAG architectures, and advanced agentic workflows.Key ActivitiesAnalyze client requirements and design end-to-end AI architecturesDevelop Proof of Concepts (POC) and Minimum Viable Products (MVP)Design and implement RAG pipelines and advanced prompt engineering workflowsBuild and orchestrate AI agents and multi-agent systemsIntegrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms, legacy systems, databases, and APIsSupport deployment, monitoring, and optimization of AI systems in productionEvaluate AI models and technologies based on performance, scalability, cost, and compliance requirementsProduce technical documentation and support knowledge transfer activitiesKey RequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience in software engineering, AI engineering, or related rolesStrong Python skillsHands-on experience designing and deploying RAG systemsExperience with agent frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or LangChain AgentsSolid knowledge of PostgreSQL and database designExperience building APIs with FastAPIFamiliarity with asynchronous architectures and messaging systems (e.g. RabbitMQ)Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems and APIsNice xdwybme to HaveAWS or Azure experience/certificationsKnowledge of AI governance, compliance, and data securityExperience with Docker and cloud-native deploymentsExperience with multimodal AI solutions and open-source LLMsWhat We OfferPermanent contractCompany assetsHealth insuranceOpportunity to work on multiple innovative AI projectsIl presente annuncio è rivolto a candidati ambosessi (L.903/77 - D.
