Job Description

ApprenticeManagement of HR Operations for the Piramal Learning University (PLU), including administration of technology based learning

Managing end to end HR operational activities and supporting Off-boarding (Exit) workstream

• Streamlining time & absence process for PAN India PPS Sites

• Preparing process notes for all the processes managed by GEEC; Periodically evaluate the current practices, suggest areas of improvement, and update standard operating procedures

• Responsible for end-to-end HR Operations deliverables

• Provide consistent Employee Experience

• Implementation/ support of HRIS Projects

• HRIS Management of Employee Records (Oracle Fusion)

• End-to-End Data Management of Employees

• Support Internal, External Audits and Risk related processes

• Query Management
