ICT Program Coordinator | PMO, Governance & Reporting
Join a high-performing ICT portfolio environment as an APS6 Program Coordinator supporting program delivery, governance, assurance and executive reporting across complex technology projects. This role suits an experienced PMO or program coordination professional who can manage competing priorities, strengthen processes, support project managers and provide clear, insightful reporting to senior stakeholders.

Contract Duration: 12 months non-ongoing, with a 6-month extension option and potential for ongoing
Security Clearance Requirement: Current NV2 clearance required
Closing Date: 10 July 2026
Essential Tasks:
- Support monthly project status reporting, governance processes and milestone reporting.
- Provide PMO and program administration support to Program and Project Managers.
- Review project artefacts and ensure PMO frameworks and guidelines are applied consistently.
- Monitor risks, issues, dependencies and project performance across ICT programs.
Key Criteria:
- Strong program/project coordination experience within an ICT or PMO environment.
- Experience in governance, assurance, risk management and performance reporting.
- Ability to analyse complex information and produce clear insights for executive decision-making.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and prioritisation skills.
