- Proficient English speaking, reading, and writing skills.
- Strong knowledge of neural networks, pattern recognition, and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Solid foundation in computer science fundamentals, including algorithms, data structures, and systems.
- Experience in software development, including writing efficient, scalable, and maintainable code.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross‑functional team environment.
- Familiarity with AI frameworks and tools such as Azure or similar platforms.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience in the insurance, surety, or financial services sector is a plus.
