We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to join a growing team focused on transforming legacy systems with cutting-edge AI solutions. This role involves working with enterprise clients to modernize their software, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and innovation. Key Qualifications :
- 4+ years of hands-on Machine Learning (ML) experience in a commercial setting (start-up or enterprise)
- Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or scikit-learn
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Hands-on expertise with Docker/Kubernetes and microservices architecture
- Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and test-driven development
- Advanced English skills (C1/C2 level) for effective communication
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Preferred (Not Required) Experience :
- Agent development
- Fine-tuning LLMs
- MLOps and ML evaluation
- Retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) optimization
- Data privacy and security
- Model performance and drift detection
- Cloud infrastructure tools (Pulumi, Terraform, Cloud SDKs)
Responsibilities :
- Contribute to AI-enabled products and solutions
- Design and implement ML systems, algorithms, and tools
- Perform data selection, processing, and representation
- Conduct ML testing, fine-tuning, and retraining as needed
- Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies and best practices

- Interview with a Senior AI Engineer
- Interview with the Chief AI Officer
- Interview with the CTO
