Senior AI Engineer | Generative AI & MLOps (Azure)

We’re looking for a Senior AI Engineer who combines strong engineering skills with a passion for Generative AI. In this role, you’ll lead the design, deployment, and scaling of production-grade AI solutions while helping shape the technical direction of our AI initiatives.
What you'll do
- Design and deploy Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions on Azure
- Build and maintain end-to-end MLOps pipelines (training, deployment, monitoring, CI/CD)
- Develop scalable applications powered by LLMs and modern AI frameworks
- Design and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems using vector databases, embeddings, and knowledge retrieval techniques
- Drive AI solutions from concept to production, ensuring reliability, performance, and governance
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and mentor fellow engineers
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with end-to-end project ownership
- Strong Python skills and hands-on experience with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn
- Experience with LLMs, Generative AI, and open-source models (GPT, Llama, Hugging Face, etc.)
- Knowledge of RAG architectures, vector search, embeddings, and AI application development
- Solid expertise in Azure (Azure ML, AI Foundry, AKS, Data Lake, DevOps)
- Experience with MLOps, Docker, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code
- Strong communication skills with the ability to lead and mentor others
