Assembler 1
Performs repetitive work station assembly operations to produce products for distribution. Requires 0 to 2 years of experience.
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Assemble products utilizing hands and/or common hand tools in a timely manner.
- Dexterity with fingers to assemble wires, components
- Operates any equipment necessary to perform job
- Evaluate assembly pieces, quality control
- Soldering of wires where parts go
- Examine products for defects
- Assist with shipping and receiving
- Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition
- Follow prescribed safety regulations
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Education/Experience: High School Diploma or G.E.D.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50lbs.
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time.
- Good manual dexterity.
- 20/20 vision or vision correction to 20/20
Personal Protective Equipment: The use of Safety Glasses is required.
