Assembler
The Assembler plays a key role in building large industrial generators and related equipment from initial components to finished products. This position involves assembling motors, fans, pipelines, and electrical wiring according to detailed blueprints and schematics, using a variety of hand, power, and pneumatic tools. The role also includes crating completed products for shipment and performing tasks that require lifting up to 50 pounds.

Work Environment
The role is based in a recently built, temperature-controlled open bay/warehouse production facility with very good lighting and a clean, well-maintained work floor. Employees work on first shift, Monday through Friday, from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. or 3:30 p.m., with the shorter shift typically used during the training period. On the first day, employees start at 6:00 a.m. and are paired with a trainer to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. The workspace allows employees to listen to music while working, contributing to a comfortable and focused atmosphere. Work is performed using hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic tools in a production setting, with an emphasis on cleanliness, safety, and organization.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
