We re looking for a skilled Assembler to join a fast-paced, hands-on production environment. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in precision work, understands complex assemblies, and thrives in a team-oriented setting. As an Assembler, you will play a key role in building complete units and subassemblies by following detailed specifications, blueprints, and established procedures. This position is available for both 1st and 2nd shift schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble parts and components into complete units or subassemblies according to specifications and internal standards
• Prepare and set up materials and components for welding or brazing based on blueprints and shop practices
• Fit, align, straighten, and inspect parts before and after welding or brazing processes
• Layout and assemble systems including motors, tanks, pumps, drives, heat exchangers, vaporizers, piping, valves, and gauges
• Measure, cut, bend, and route tubing in accordance with technical drawings
• Operate a variety of tools including hand tools, grinders, drills, saws, tube bending and flaring equipment, and pipe threading tools
• Ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency throughout the assembly process

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Regular use of gloves and required PPE
• Hearing protection required in high-noise areas
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Frequently
• Exposure to industrial chemicals and solvents as part of daily tasks

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of valves, pumps, hydraulics, pneumatic systems, and refrigeration equipment
• Experience with tube bending and flaring techniques
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical instructions
• Familiarity with measuring tools, torque applications, and power tools
• Basic computer skills
