JOB DESCRIPTION
The Assembler position involves intuitive, design-based assembly of custom industrial equipment. This role requires multi-skill flexibility to adapt to various tasks on the production line and is the final stop in the production process.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform finishing touches on products, including installing gaskets, nuts, bolts, locks, brackets, and other components.
- Package finished goods in boxes or skids and prepare for shipment.
- Mark and tag components for inventory tracking and identification.
- Explain assembly procedures or techniques to other team members.
- Operate and handle tools such as belt sanders, drills, rivet nut guns, grinders, saws, and other fabrication equipment.
- Stand, walk, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb, and balance as needed to perform assembly tasks.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
- Reliable, responsible, and able to follow instructions.
- Physical capability to perform tasks involving standing, lifting, reaching, and handling tools.
