Assembly Associate
Pay: Up to $16.50 per hour
We are seeking reliable, self-motivated, and dependable individuals to join our team as an Assembly Associate. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for candidates who are eager to learn, develop new skills, and grow within a manufacturing environment.
Job Requirements
- Entry-level position

- Ability to perform multiple job functions with some supervision
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to team lift up to 100 lbs.
- Willingness to learn assembly and inspection processes
- Ability to work safely and effectively in a team environment
Responsibilities
Primary Duties
Assembly
- Assemble light, medium, and heavy-duty conveyor system components
- Operate hand tools and small power tools safely and efficiently
- Participate in team lifting and movement of assembled products
- Work toward achieving productivity and quality standards
- Follow assembly instructions and established procedures
Inspection
- Inspect completed work for accuracy and quality
- Verify the work of fellow assemblers before products move to the next operation
- Identify and report quality concerns
Additional Duties as Needed
Material Handling
- Assist with moving materials and components to and from workstations
Miscellaneous
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned
