Job Responsibilities
Responsible for managing and developing core module projects for the operation platform;
Promote the company's financial technology work, keep up with the development of Fin tech, continuously absorb and introduce new technology systems, empower business, and enhance the company's competitiveness
Develop technical roadmap and overall framework, solve technical difficulties encountered during the development process, and quickly break through
Communicate requirements with business users, complete requirement analysis, system design, coding development, and project management work;
Responsible for continuously tracking project progress, clearly understanding and submitting the results of each stage, identifying risks in the project, evaluating and eliminating risks, and ensuring project quality;
Assist in developing standards for the system and fulfill the responsibility of inspecting suppliers and self-developed code in accordance with the standards.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Full time undergraduate degree or above in computer related majors, with 3 years or more of software development experience and independent and complete project development experience
Experience in Fintech project construction in the asset management industry, including TA, FA, and operational processes;
Proficient in software development lifecycle;
Proficient in Java development and microservice technology system, familiar with frameworks such as Spring boot and Spring cloud;
