Job Responsibilities
Participate in the implementation and maintenance support of application systems to facilitate a smooth operation for the user departments to provide reliable and efficient services to customers
Work on different scales of projects to coordinate users and vendors on requirements gathering, system design, analysis, program development, testing and training
Liaise with vendors to ensure their deliverables meet quality standards and that the project aligns with business requirements and the agreed timeline
Assist in identifying and developing technical solutions to meet the changing needs and requirements of the company’s business and operations
Prepare and update project and system documents for status reporting and knowledge sharing
Provide technical support, contribute and promote good development practices that are followed through the project life cycle
Ensure the quality and timely delivery of IT services
Job Requirements
Degree in computer science, information technology or related disciplines
Minimum 2-year experience in IT industry
Experience in Flutter, Node.js, Python, .Net, C#, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, XML, JSON, RESTful API, SQL and No-SQL databases
Experience in Nintex K2, Web and App development, and e-Commerce CMS platforms is an advantage
Knowledge in Cloud Services and AI tools is a plus
Strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong sense of responsibility and a good team player
Fast learner with passion for new technologies and self-motivated
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Less experience will be considered as Assistant Analyst Programmer
