Salary: $135,000 $165,000

Key Responsibilities for the Assistant Controller:
- Oversee month-end close, account reconciliations, journal entries, and accruals.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, KPI reporting, budgets, and forecasts.
- Manage WIP reporting, project forecasting, and percentage-of-completion accounting.
- Supervise AR, AP, job costing/contracts, fixed assets, and general ledger activities.
- Support annual audits, quarterly reviews, tax schedules, and compliance requirements.
- Lead process improvement initiatives and strengthen internal controls.
Qualifications for the Assistant Controller:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 7+ years of accounting experience
- CPA
- Construction industry experience
- Knowledge of ASC 606/percentage-of-completion accounting preferred.
