ASSISTANT DATA ANALYST – SQL / DATABASE

Data analysis on residential property market
Willing to work overtime and on weekend & holidays
Fresh graduates are welcome
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
Minimum 1 year’s experience in research or data analysis
Knowledge in Excel and SQL is a must, and programming language (e.g., Python, VBA) is highly desirable
Proven English proficiency
Detail-minded with strong analytical skills and good report writing skills
Willing to work overtime and on weekends & public holidays
Responsibilities
Support analyses for Hong Kong residential property market, perform site and showflat visits and compile timely reports
Automate data transformation and report generation
Maintain and enrich in-house database, including data collection from different sources and off-site work
Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned
(Candidates with less experience or fresh graduates will be considered for junior positions.)
