We arelooking for an Assistant General Managerto join the Baker St team!
The role:
The Assistant General Manager is the General Managers right hand. They lead, inspire and train. The AGM plays an essential part in running the sites operations. They support driving sales and food consistency, ensure compliance with companystandardsandassistwith training,recruitmentand scheduling.

- Experience as an Assistant General Manager in hospitality
- Looks after, trains and nurtures your team
- Leads by example andisn'tafraid to get stuck in
- Loves working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multi-task and think on your feet
- Passionate aboutgood foodand drinks
- Keen to work in a kitchen setting
- Deals well with pressure
