We're seeking Assistant Machine Operators who have a strong mechanical aptitude, experience working around production equipment, and the physical ability to keep up with a demanding manufacturing operation. What You'll Do
As an Assistant Machine Operator, you'll play a key role in supporting production operations and helping ensure equipment runs safely and efficiently.
- Assist with production equipment and machine operations
- Support machine setups, adjustments, and product changeovers
- Monitor production runs and assist with troubleshooting minor equipment issues
- Clear jams and help minimize downtime
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
- Supply materials and keep production flowing smoothly
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Work closely with Machine Operators and production teammates to meet daily goals
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of machine operating or manufacturing production experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to learn production equipment
- Comfortable working in a hot, dusty manufacturing environment
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and remain active throughout a 12-hour shift
- Ability to lift at least 75 pounds occasionally
- Strong attention to safety, quality, and productivity
- Reliable attendance and a solid work ethic
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
