Role Description
The Assistant Manager, Programme Development & Implementation is responsible for supporting the design, planning, and delivery of banking and finance training programmes. This on‑site role, based in Hong Kong SAR, involves coordinating programme schedules, liaising with trainers, industry partners, and internal stakeholders, and ensuring smooth end‑to‑end implementation of courses and events. The role includes conducting needs analysis, contributing to curriculum and content development, monitoring programme performance, and preparing reports and documentation. The Assistant Manager will also handle participant enquiries, support accreditation and quality assurance processes, and assist in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance learner experience and programme relevance.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Program Implementation and Project Implementation skills to manage end‑to‑end delivery of training and development initiatives.
Candidates should possess solid Program Management capabilities, including planning, coordination, and monitoring of multiple programmes and timelines.
Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to interpret data, evaluate programme effectiveness, and support evidence‑based improvements.
Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for working with trainers, banking practitioners, internal teams, and participants.
Relevant experience in education, training, banking, or financial services, with knowledge of competency standards and qualification frameworks, is beneficial.
A university degree in finance, business, education, or a related discipline, and proficiency in English and Chinese (written and spoken), would be advantageous.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, professional environment are preferred.
