Job Summary
We are looking for a data-driven App Marketing Associate with 1.5–3 years of experience in mobile app marketing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing app acquisition campaigns, mobile measurement platforms (MMPs) such as AppsFlyer , and analytics tools like Firebase . This role requires strong analytical skills, campaign optimization expertise, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive app installs, engagement, and user retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize mobile app marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Apple Search Ads, OEMs, and affiliate networks.
- Manage and analyze app attribution using AppsFlyer and ensure accurate campaign tracking.
- Utilize Firebase Analytics to monitor user behavior, conversion funnels, retention, and engagement metrics.
- Track and optimize key performance metrics including CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV, retention, and conversion rates.
- Coordinate with product, design, and engineering teams for SDK implementations, event tracking, and campaign launches.
- Perform A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and campaign strategies to improve performance.
- Prepare campaign performance reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Monitor app store performance and work with ASO teams to improve app visibility and organic installs.
- Stay updated with industry trends, attribution methodologies, privacy changes (SKAN, Android Privacy Sandbox), and best practices in app marketing.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1.5–3 years of experience in App Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Mobile Growth.
- Strong hands-on experience with AppsFlyer (or other MMPs such as Adjust, Branch, or Singular).
- Proficiency in Firebase Analytics , including event tracking and funnel analysis.
- Experience managing paid user acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Apple Search Ads, or DSPs.
- Good understanding of attribution models, deep linking, deferred deep linking, and conversion tracking.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; knowledge of SQL or BI tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with App Store Optimization (ASO) concepts is preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
