Your New Role :
Your Role Accountabilities:
OPERATIONS
- Develop and integrate custom solutions within SharePoint Online to enhance business processes and workflows.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, ensuring best practices and high-quality code standards are maintained.
- Work closely with senior developers and team members to ensure best practices and high-quality code standards are maintained.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, user manuals, and operational procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in M365, Power Platform, SharePoint, Dataverse, and Azure, and recommend improvements to existing solutions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of projects.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, continuously evaluating and recommending new tools and approaches to enhance collaboration solutions.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide expert advice on best practices and solutions.
Qualifications & Experiences:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge in REST API calls and programming languages.
- Experience in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online architecture, development, and customization.
- Some knowledge in Dataverse for data management and integration.
- Experience with Azure services, including Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure SQL Database.
- Solid understanding of system architecture, microservices, and API design.
- Experience with DevOps tools and practices, including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and automated testing.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
Not Required but preferred experience:
- Relevant certifications in M365, Power Platform, SharePoint, and Azure are a plus
- Some knowledge of AI and machine learning frameworks and technologies
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and practices.
- Knowledge of additional Microsoft technologies, such as Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Teams.
- Experience with scripting and automation tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of and passion for media, entertainment, and technology industries (including key players, growth trends and drivers, new media models, industry structure, etc.)
- Familiarity with streaming and similar products/services
- Experience working in a national or global company
- Some visualization tool knowledge would be helpful (i.e. Tableau, Power BI)
- Comfortable in working in highly iterative and somewhat unstructured environment
