We are seeking an experienced and passionate Associate Director – Technical to lead the design and delivery of advanced training programs . The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise, strong instructional skills, and a proven ability to develop the problem-solving capabilities of both early-career and experienced engineers. This role involves mentoring technical trainers, designing assessment frameworks, and ensuring the highest standards of learning outcomes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver structured, hands-on training programs focused on Data Structures, Algorithms, Java fullstack, Oops, Dbms and Problem Solving.
- Develop customized learning paths for technical roles (software developers, engineers, interns) to ensure foundational and advanced DSA proficiency
- Evaluate the technical training needs of individuals and teams through skill-gap analysis and align training strategies with organizational goals.
- Create and update training materials including presentations, practice problems, quizzes, coding exercises, and real-world case studies.
- Lead workshops, bootcamps, hackathons, and interactive sessions to reinforce algorithmic thinking and computational efficiency.
- Mentor and coach technical trainers and subject matter experts to maintain high-quality instructional standards.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, academic research, and evolving algorithms to continuously enrich the training curriculum.
- Track and report learning outcomes, pre- and post-training assessments, and employee skill progression to key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with engineering and hiring teams to align DSA training with interview and evaluation benchmarks.
- Promote a learning culture that encourages problem-solving, analytical thinking, and technical excellence.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in software development, algorithms, or technical training roles.
- Strong understanding of core Data Structures (arrays, linked lists, trees, graphs, heaps, hash tables) and Algorithms (sorting, searching, recursion, dynamic programming, greedy, backtracking, etc.).
- Proven experience in teaching, mentoring, or facilitating technical workshops.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills — able to simplify complex topics for varied audiences.
- Hands-on proficiency in programming languages like Java, C++, Python, or JavaScript.
- Exposure to problem-solving platforms like LeetCode, HackerRank, Codeforces, CodeChef, or similar is highly desirable.
