Role Summary
We are seeking Associate Full-Stack Developers to own product engineering across the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). The successful candidates will design, build, test, deploy, and operate full-stack features end-to-end — Python on the back end, React.js on the front end — leveraging AI-assisted coding tools and modern Generative AI development workflows (commonly referred to as "vibe coding") to accelerate delivery. This is a hands-on role for early-career developers who want to ship production code across the full stack, own quality and deployment, work with cutting-edge AI tooling, and contribute to enterprise software products from day one.
Key Responsibilities
• Own full-stack product features across the complete SDLC: requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and post-release support.
• Develop, test, and maintain production-quality Python code for back-end services, APIs, and integrations.
• Build responsive, accessible, and performant user interfaces using React.js, modern JavaScript/TypeScript, and contemporary front-end tooling.
• Use AI-assisted coding tools and Generative AI workflows to accelerate development, prototyping, and debugging — what is commonly called "vibe coding."
• Build prototypes and proofs-of-concept rapidly across both front-end and back-end layers to validate product hypotheses and external integrations.
• Integrate with external APIs, SDKs, and Large Language Model platforms.
• Write and maintain comprehensive test coverage: unit tests, integration tests, end-to-end tests, and contribute to test automation strategy.
• Own deployment of features through CI/CD pipelines: build automation, environment promotion, release management, and post-deployment validation.
• Monitor production systems, contribute to observability and alerting, diagnose and resolve incidents, and participate in post-mortems.
• Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and architecture decisions across both back-end and front-end concerns.
• Maintain clear technical documentation, API references, and developer-facing materials.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA, and DevOps engineers across the full delivery cycle.
Required Qualifications
• 0–3 years of professional full-stack development experience. Recent graduates with strong full-stack project portfolios are encouraged to apply.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Strong proficiency in Python, including familiarity with common back-end frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, or Django) and libraries (Pandas, NumPy, requests, async/await patterns).
• Strong proficiency in React.js, including familiarity with modern JavaScript/TypeScript, hooks, state management, and component-based architecture.
• Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and modern front-end build tooling (Vite, Webpack, or equivalent).
• Demonstrated ability to work across the complete SDLC: requirements, design, code, test, deploy, support.
• Hands-on experience using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate development workflows.
• Proven experience writing automated tests: unit tests (pytest, Jest, or equivalent), integration tests, and component tests for front-end.
• Experience with deployment workflows: CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or equivalent), build automation, and release management.
• Working knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP, authentication patterns, and common integration approaches.
• Solid foundation in Git, version control workflows, code reviews, and modern engineering tooling.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills across both back-end and front-end layers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical decisions and trade-offs clearly.
Preferred Qualifications
• Hands-on experience integrating with Large Language Model APIs from any major provider.
• Experience with prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), agentic workflows, or LLM-powered application patterns.
• Familiarity with Next.js, server-side rendering, or static-site generation.
• Experience with end-to-end testing frameworks (Playwright, Cypress, or equivalent).
• Familiarity with major cloud platforms, containerization (Docker), and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, CloudFormation), observability tools (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, or equivalent), and production monitoring.
• Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, or AI/ML toolchains.
• Contributions to open-source projects, technical blog posts, hackathon participation, or a public GitHub portfolio.
• Internship or project experience in product engineering, developer tools, or enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Exposure to design systems, accessibility (WCAG) standards, or component library development.
