Associate Full-stack Software Engineer (Intern)

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and curious Associate Full-stack Software Engineer Intern to join our Engineering team. During this 12-week internship, you will contribute to the development of production software across both frontend and backend systems while working alongside experienced engineers.

This is a hands-on opportunity to build real features, gain exposure to modern AI technologies, and work with cloud-based applications, APIs, and enterprise integrations. You'll collaborate in an Agile environment and make meaningful contributions to products used by customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack software solutions.

  • Build frontend features using React and TypeScript.

  • Develop backend services and REST APIs using Python and FastAPI.

  • Contribute to enterprise data integrations and document ingestion pipelines.

  • Collaborate with engineers to design scalable and maintainable software.

  • Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code following engineering best practices.

  • Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, code reviews, and technical discussions.

  • Troubleshoot issues, resolve bugs, and continuously improve application performance.

  • Learn new technologies and contribute to innovative AI-driven solutions.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.

  • Strong programming skills in Python.

  • Working knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript.

  • Familiarity with React or another modern frontend framework.

  • Understanding of RESTful APIs.

  • Experience using Git or other version control systems.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with FastAPI.

  • Exposure to AWS or other cloud platforms.

  • Experience with Docker or containerized applications.

  • Familiarity with SQL and relational databases.

  • Exposure to AI, machine learning, or Large Language Models (LLMs).

  • Experience integrating third-party APIs.

  • Personal software projects, GitHub portfolio, or previous internship experience.
