Position Overview
The Position will report to the Data Cloud Org.
Responsibilities
Develop in Java, tests and documents Cloud AWS software for new and existing Insulet products.
Works closely with other software, software QA, and hardware engineers to integrate, debug, and test systems.
Learn and follow Insulet Design Assurance SOPs.
Provide timely support to team customers.
Education and Experience
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related discipline.
1+ year's software engineering experience.
Demonstrated work experience with Web services, Cloud and API technologies.
Preferred Skills and Competencies
Understanding of Cloud architectural patterns and design.
Experience building SpringBoot microservices.
Experience with document and file databases, e.g. MongoDB.
Experience working as Java developer.
Understanding of software development principles and patterns, e.g. TDD, SOLID, Gang of Four.
Experience with Git or similar version control solution.
Occasional business travel within US.

This position is eligible for hybrid working arrangements and requires on-site work from an Insulet office at least three (3) days per week.
