This full-time role is perfect for an experienced learning professional with over four years in instructional design and project management. As part of RSM’s Learning and Development team, you'll collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs, design programs, and evaluate effectiveness while cultivating a culture of continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct needs assessments and analyze data for insights
• Design learning curricula in partnership with subject matter experts
• Serve as a learning advisor to team leaders and curriculum owners
• Lead project teams to ensure successful implementation
• Observe trainings and provide evaluative feedback for enhancements
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree required; degree in relevant field preferred
• 4+ years of relevant experience in learning or employee development
• Proficient with PowerPoint, Excel, and instructional design principles
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and project management skills
• Willingness to travel (20-25%)
