1. Travel desk Operations

  • Arrange domestic and international travel for employees
  • Book flight tickets, hotel accommodation, and local transportation
  • Coordinate with travel agencies and vendors for best options
  • Share travel itineraries and travel‑related information with employees
  • Handle last‑minute travel changes and cancellations
  • Support employees with travel‑related queries and issues
  • Maintain travel records and cost details

2. Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide expert advice on visa requirements and changes in immigration policies.
  • Maintain strong relationships with embassies, consulates, and visa centers (VFS, BLS, etc.).

3. Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure adherence to immigration laws, company policies, and compliance standards.
  • Stay updated with changing visa regulations across key countries.
  • Conduct quality audits and process checks to maintain accuracy.

4. Process Improvement

  • Identify process gaps and implement automation or efficiency improvements.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, checklists, and knowledge repositories.
  • Monitor KPIs such as TAT, accuracy, customer satisfaction, and rejection rates.

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4+ years of experience in Travel desk.
  • Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and workflow tools.
