Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly driven Operations Excellence Executive to own initiatives that improve center performance, operational efficiency, and scalability. This is a high-ownership role requiring strong analytical skills, structured problem-solving, and the ability to work closely with field teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
> Own Operational Improvement Initiatives
Own end-to-end operational improvement initiatives—from identifying opportunities to implementation, adoption, and impact measurement—to improve center performance and productivity.
KPIs -
- Delivery of targeted operational improvements
- Timely execution of strategic initiatives
- Improvement in center productivity and operational efficiency
> Drive Performance Through Data
Analyze operational and business data to identify performance gaps, uncover root causes, and convert insights into high-impact improvement initiatives.
KPIs -
- Measurable improvement in key operational metrics
- Number of improvement initiatives successfully implemented
- Quality and timeliness of business insights
> Drive Field Execution
Partner with field teams through regular center visits to understand operational challenges, support implementation, remove execution bottlenecks, and ensure sustained adoption of new processes.
KPIs -
- Adoption of operational initiatives
- Reduction in execution gaps
- Improvement in process compliance
> Build Scalable Operating Processes
Design and standardize SOPs, playbooks, governance mechanisms, and operating frameworks that enable consistent execution across the network.
KPIs -
- SOP compliance
- Reduction in process variation
- Successful rollout of standardized operating practices
Qualifications & Skills:
- 2–5 years of experience in Operations, Business Excellence, Strategy, Program Management, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience leading operational improvement initiatives with measurable business impact.
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Proven ability to drive initiatives from problem identification through execution and impact measurement.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High ownership, attention to detail, and a bias for action.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; working knowledge of SQL and business reporting tools is preferred.
