Senior Associate Program Manager
Key Responsibilities- Drive and support Integrated Business Planning (IBP) initiatives across the organization.
- Work closely with the PMO to ensure governance, compliance, and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Manage program schedules, deliverables, and dependencies, ensuring timely execution.
- Utilize Microsoft SharePoint Designer for workflow automation, document management, and collaboration.
- Oversee project tracking and reporting using Jira and other project management tools.
- Identify risks, issues, and bottlenecks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure program success.
- Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of program management processes and methodologies.
- 6+ years in IT with strong exposure to enterprise systems and processes.
- 2+ years in Program Management, with proven ability to manage complex initiatives.
- Expertise in Project Management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft SharePoint Designer and Jira.
- Strong knowledge of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) frameworks.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
