Senior Associate Program Manager
Drive and support Integrated Business Planning (IBP) initiatives across the organization.
Work closely with the PMO to ensure governance, compliance, and alignment with strategic objectives.
Manage program schedules, deliverables, and dependencies, ensuring timely execution.
Utilize Microsoft SharePoint Designer for workflow automation, document management, and collaboration.
Oversee project tracking and reporting using Jira and other project management tools.
Identify risks, issues, and bottlenecks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure program success.
Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.
Contribute to continuous improvement of program management processes and methodologies.
6+ years in IT with strong exposure to enterprise systems and processes.
2+ years in Program Management, with proven ability to manage complex initiatives.
Expertise in Project Management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
Hands-on experience with Microsoft SharePoint Designer and Jira.
Strong knowledge of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) frameworks.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
