Job Title: Senior Associate, Software Engineering L3Harris is currently seeking a software engineer with a background and experience in embedded real-time software development.
Contribute to the lifecycle of embedded real-time systems by designing, coding, testing, debugging, and updating developmental and fielded systems • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance required; Bachelor’s Degree (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering preferred) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience • Proficient with object-oriented C++ • Experience with embedded software design Familiarity with software configuration management tools, defect tracking tools, and peer review techniques • Exposure to signal processing, control systems, and networking • Exposure to various operating systems including Linux, Unix, VxWorks, and Windows • All applicants will be considered for employment without regard to race, color, religion, age, national origin, ancestry, ethnicity, gender (including pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding or other related medical conditions), gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, marital status, veteran status, disability, genetic information, citizenship status, characteristic or membership in any other group protected by federal, state or local laws.
