This role offers a hybrid work option, meaning you can both work from home and commute to a Client office, depending on what's best for you and when it is important for your team to be together. Client is seeking an Associate Project / Program Manager (APjM) to support the execution of technical programs that power our content, product, and platform experiences. This role partners closely with engineering, product, data science, and cross-functional teams to coordinate delivery, improve operational efficiency, and ensure high-quality outcomes. This is an early-career program management role focused on strong execution, technical fluency, and building foundational program leadership skills.
Responsibilities
Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 13 years of experience in program management, project management, or technical operations Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills
Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with technical systems, software development lifecycle, or data workflows Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps) Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Analytical Mindset with the ability to interpret data and support decision-making Proactive problem-solver with a bias toward action and continuous improvement
