Moonlight AI seeks a highly detailed, organized, and proactive individual who can bring lightweight structure and alignment to our technical development projects. As a Technical Program Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams of software engineers, data engineers, and machine learning engineers in Europe and Tunisia. In this role, you will coordinate key technical workstreams including data collection, AI model development, and deployment to ensure alignment and timely progress against the critical path.ResponsibilitiesProgram CoordinationDevelop and maintain project resources such as timelines (Gantt charts), sprint plans, and meeting notesTrack progress across workstreams against the critical path, identifying risks and escalating blockers to ensure timely executionCross-functional AlignmentCoordinate and facilitate technical project meetings (e.g., sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) to ensure alignment on priorities, progress, and next stepsTrack interdependencies and follow up on action items to support alignment amongst technical team members and leadershipReporting and DocumentationCommunicate clear, concise status updates to technical teams and leadership, including progress, risks, and key decisionsOwn and maintain the project knowledge base, documenting project requirements, risks, technical constraints, and decisionsEnsure consistent, high-quality documentation from technical team membersProcess ImprovementSupport and reinforce lightweight, efficient processes for planning, KPI tracking, and executionFoster a collaborative, agile, and accountable team environmentRequirements2-5 years experience in project coordination, project management, or technical program support within a software or AI-driven environmentExperience working with cross-functional engineering teams (software, data, and machine learning)Basic familiarity with software development workflows and tools: version control (Git/GitHub), pull request/code review processes, CI/CD, and cloud deployment (AWS/GCP/Azure).Experience implementing lightweight Agile frameworks (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid) and processes like sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectivesProficient tracking projects with tools such as Notion, Jira, Confluence, or similarStrong organizational skills with the ability manage timelines and track dependencies across multiple workstreamsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to summarize complex technical work into clear updatesWork permit valid in Switzerland or EUStrongly preferred:Familiarity with AI/ML development lifecycle (data collection, curation, model development, validation, and deployment)Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related fieldBasic knowledge of python for data analysis or workflow supportExperience working with distributed or multi-national teams #J-18808-Ljbffr
