As a member of the FLYING DEVOPS team, you will support development teams by taking short‑term DevOps assignments on a rotating basis across teams and topics. You will help build CI/CD pipelines and automate their execution on compute farms. The DevOps role supports the build and maintenance of on‑premise and cloud (Azure) infrastructure used by development teams. Key Responsibilities
Participate in setting up development and deployment infrastructure, creating deployment scripts and maintaining development team environments. Participate in automating network management and access to development environment tools. Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or higher) in Information Technology; at least 5 years' experience in systems development. Good command of spoken and written French. Strong knowledge of DevOps concepts, continuous integration & continuous deployment (CI/CD), container orchestration (Kubernetes), infrastructure automation (Terraform, Helm) and monitoring (Grafana, Prometheus, Azure monitoring tools). Understanding of IaaS, PaaS, Cloud concepts and their security considerations. Solid operational expertise in service operations: Ability to distinguish incidents from service requests, identify service problems, conduct investigations across technical and application layers, remediate incidents on infrastructure, and perform updates to production infrastructure. Preferred Qualifications
Experience in development and cloud architectures. A strong sense of quality and the ability to work autonomously. Proficiency in English is an asset. Technical versatility and adaptability in constantly evolving contexts. Experience with Agile development methods (Scrum, Kanban). This position requires a good command of English for preparing technical documents, and for interacting with, supporting and/or providing services to international clients, employees, and/or partners, as well as foreign government authorities who do not speak French.
