In this hybrid Madrid-based role, you will lead automation testing efforts for private banking projects, defining and executing the test concept while ensuring quality, deadlines, and cost targets. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to shape test strategy, develop plans aligned to release calendars, and mentor junior teammates.
