Avaya Engineer with Business Analysis skills

Key Responsibilities:/Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Handle phone moves.
- Headset installations, troubleshooting headset issues, etc.
- Feet on the floor assistance to backline teams (i.e. trace trunks, vendor assistance for onsite repairs/visits, etc.) PBX system administration.
- Program call specific routing for Managers/Assistants, etc.
- Set up voice mail for new users, resetting voice mail password, remove voice mail for term'd users, etc.
- Route Broadcast messages for site.
- Technical Degree Voice preferred.
- Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with the ability to interact positively with peers, managers, customers, and service providers.
- Must be self-directed with independent problem-solving ability and basic documentation skills.
- Previous experience in customer support, voice operations, Avaya PBX and Avaya VoIP administration, or another related area.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience with configuration and troubleshooting Avaya VoIP systems.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience troubleshooting voice and circuits (SIP, PRIs, Trunks).
- Experience supporting PolyCom Telepresence / Video Conferencing systems is a plus.
